Runs Indefinitely
The program runs with no end date. Points accumulate from June 1, 2024 for both new and existing clients.

Rules & Requirements
Eligibility, qualification criteria and important conditions
Eligibility
- You must have legal authority to agree to the Program Terms & Conditions.
- You must reside in a jurisdiction that legally permits participation.
- You must not be a resident of jurisdictions where TenTrade doesn't offer services.
- Your identity and residential address must be thoroughly validated.
Qualification Criteria
- Qualified trading volume is calculated from 1st June 2024 for all clients.
- Volume from Funded Trader accounts does not count as qualified trading volume.
- Loyalty points are not applicable on Funded Trader, CENT or PAMM accounts.
- Clients can cash out one prize at a time.
- Points cannot be transferred between accounts or to other clients.
- Open position time must be at least 5 minutes to earn points.
Disqualification
- Violation of any laws, regulations or current Terms and Conditions.
- Acting in bad faith, abusively, or fraudulently.
- Reasonable suspicion that trading volume is derived from error, fraud, or doubtful operations.
- If account is closed/blocked, all qualified trading volume is nullified and forfeited.
Prize Delivery
- Prizes are processed within 2 weeks from qualification date.
- Eligible clients are contacted by a Key Account Manager at the beginning of each month.
- If client does not respond within 28 days, the prize is canceled.
- Electronic products are delivered via courier service in original packaging.
- Travel prizes must be used within 12 months after being awarded.
- All taxes and delivery costs are included in the overall prize budget.
